About Flavell Fishery
Enjoy fishing in a secluded, attractive and relaxing rural setting. There is plenty of parking and all pegs are well spaced.
Flyford Pool is fishing well. You'll typically catch carp from 3 to 9lb. There are some smaller carp and silver fish as well. We've been told that there are small doubles but have never actually seen any caught and weighed.
Wythies pool is very peaceful and secluded. There are carp up to eight pounds but they are relatively hard to catch.
The little pool has some small silver fish. There are no formal pegs on this pool at the moment.
The spare pool is currently exactly that. In this pool there are very few fish and many snags.
There is a toilet available on site.
Rules
- Please respect the fish, wildlife, water and land, including upholding the bylaws of this country.
- Make sure that all litter is taken home
- All anglers must carry their membership card and present it upon request.
- Each angler must have their own landing net.
- Each angler must have a carp/unhooking mat.
- Keep nets are not to be used.
- All fish are to be returned to the pool from which they were caught.
- Any person under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
- No open fires

Membership
Please note - we do not provide day passes.
To join or renew please call Jon on 07879 626095 and arrange to meet at the fishery, where he will let you in and organise your membership.
Membership runs to the end of 2023 only costs £50. Please provide cash or cheque.
Try before you buy - Anglers interested in joining but still unsure can arrange a days fishing.
Contact Jon on 07879 626095 and he will meet you there, let you in, show you round and you can try the fishing for yourself.
So far all anglers who have tried the fishery have joined or are joining in 2023.
